Within walking distance from the heart of Hanalei town, our stylish accommodation provides an ideal way to experience a flavor of island lifestyle in an intimate setting. Tucked away on the beachfront road directly across from the Pine Trees section of surfer-acclaimed Hanalei Bay, we have some of the only self-contained single suites available in this charming village.
Vintage surfboards line our fenced-in property, reflecting fifty years of artisanship and history that have made our locale somewhat of a neighborhood icon. Lush gardens cover the property grounds and your private lanai (patio), displaying tropical flowers, fountains, blossoming orchids, and antique lawn memorabilia.
The Elvis and Cowgirl Suites, as they are respectively named, continue this stylized theme with colorful palettes, Americana-inspired touches and all the comforts of your tropical home away from homeAmenities included in both Suites:

- To ensure your maximum privacy, there is no daily cleaning service, however, a special cleaning may be arranged upon request
- Guests are held responsible for any damages to the suites & contents therein throughout the rental period
- We are a tobacco-free & child-free zone, this is an adults-only property

Rates & Booking Periods:
- Our rate is $395 per night (plus 17.75% Hawaii tax* and a one time $95 cleaning fee)
- Pricing is based on single or double occupancy.
- When booking a reservation 3 months ahead or further, there is a minimum stay of 7 days.
- Advanced bookings are accepted for 4 nights or more. Shorter periods are only available within 30 days of the booking, unless you see an online calendar showing less availability than 4 nights.
- 17.25% Hawaii tax = 13.25% State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation tax + 4% State of Hawaii General Excise tax (Sales tax)

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the booking are liable for a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the booking are liable for the cancellation fee and the full-price unless re-booked.
